This temple is situated near the Nehru Zoological Park, towards the western side, on the way to Himayatsagar. It was built in 1822 by Raja Raghu Ram Brahmu Khatri. The temple has a consecrated idol of Lord Krishna. Annual pilgrimages are held during October, on the day of the full moon, and devotees congregate in large numbers.
A Jagir yielding an annual income of eight thousand rupees was granted by the Nizam for the maintenance of the temple. The Kishan Bagh temple is unique because adjacent to it is a dargah of a Muslim saint, Syed Shah Najamullah Husaini, and therefore attracts both Hindus and Muslims.
