Accession 1550 Dethroned 1550 Jamsheed Quli’s son, Subhan Quli,was thrust upon the throne by his mother and other ministers, when he was only seven. But a mere seven months later, Ibrahim Qutb Shah, his paternal uncle who had taken refuge for eight years at Vijayanagar during his usurping brother Jamsheed’s rule, returned and swept his nephew aside. Due to his premature death, his name has not been included in the line of kings.
